Olds Helps Others

From time to time, events occur that cause the children and families of Olds to reflect on how fortunate we are. At these times, it is often our children who initiate steps to help fix the problems in our world. We have:

• Donated out coins for tsunami relief
• Collected clothes, toys and school supplies for Katrina relief
• Walked for Diabetes
• Jumped for Heart
• Sold student art for endangered animals
• Selected ornaments off our own annual Giving Tree to benefit Olds students

We belong to a nurturing, caring group of diverse and interesting families. Let us all remember our good fortune and teach our children that helping others is always the right thing to do.
